RETURN POLICY
The repeaters have a 30 day money back guarantee.
If you are not happy with your repeater kit, you can return the product within 30 days and your money will be refunded. The returned goods must be as new, in a re-saleable condition. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. Before returning the goods, The company must be contacted to agree the return and an RMA form must be requested.
3 YEAR WARRANTY
This 3 year warranty covers the amplifier part of the kit only. This does not apply to antennas, cable or the power supply unit.
To apply for a refund or repair, you must return the product back to us. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping.
The repeater is not covered in the case of lightning strikes or natural disasters.
Not covered if used under the following condtions: dis-assembled, modified or altered, damaged due to improper cabling or installation, subjected to misuse, negligence, abnormal physical, electromagnetic or electrical stress.
For Pro monitoring clients, we offer 2 extra years of warranty. 5 years in total.
Weee Recycling
Stella Doradus implements the WEEE Regulations and Battery Directive to ensure that your old appliances are disposed of in a safe, correct manner reducing any harmful effects to the environment.
You can return any of your old repeaters to Stella Doradus and we’ll take care of the rest, free of charge.

Your Repeater kit will be dispatched from our shop as soon as payment is received. Standard shipping rates are charged. Delivery takes 2-5 days depending on your location.
